Founder of AD Excellence, Anne Debard’s specialty is rooted in offering trainings on service excellence, luxury codes,  etiquette & protocol, soft skills and savoir-vivre, fine dining  and international clientele knowledge  in addition to intergenerational interaction.

After launching her career in the upscale hospitality industry in Monaco and at the international level, Anne Debard turned to consultancy and training specialized in the luxury sector.

She has trained the operational staff of luxury Palace hotels and prestigious boutiques in Paris and Monaco, such as the SBM (Société des Bains de Mer), Ritz Paris, Georges V, Royal Monceau, Mandarin Oriental, La Réserve, Marriott, Hyatt, Intercontinental, Boucheron, LVMH Guerlain, Esprit de France, in addition to training the staff of large households (butlers, housekeepers, nannies ...) working in the service of an UHNWI clientele (Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals).

Anne Debard has also been giving seminars and holding conferences at top ranking higher education establishments (BA, MBA & MSc) and institutions, such as l’Ecole de l’Excellence à la Française, Les Roches (Marbella), ESCP Business School Paris Luxury program, CMH Paris(International Hospitality and Luxury Brand management), EMLyon, Paris, Ferrandi ....Moreover, she has authored numerous articles published in the “Journal des Palaces”.

She has also been working with a « junior » clientele, coaching them on the rules of etiquette, essential to all those yearning to grow within the respect for others and oneself equally, as well as with privates seeking to enter the high-end universe for personal or professional reasons in order to feel at ease in a very demanding environment.
