About Anne Debard
Founder of AD Excellence, Anne Debard specializes in luxury service excellence, etiquette & protocol, luxury codes, savoir-vivre, fine dining, soft skills, and international clientele knowledge.
Following an early career within upscale hospitality environments in Monaco and internationally, Anne transitioned into consultancy and training dedicated to the luxury sector focusing on the operational, behavioral, and cultural standards that define exceptional service.
Over the years, she has trained operational teams across luxury Palace hotels and prestigious maisons in Paris and Monaco, including Société des Bains de Mer (SBM), Ritz Paris, Four Seasons George V, Royal Monceau, Mandarin Oriental, La Réserve, Marriott, Hyatt, InterContinental, Boucheron, and LVMH Guerlain.
Her expertise also extends to training private household staff including butlers, housekeepers, and nannies serving Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI), where discretion, etiquette, emotional intelligence, and precision are essential.
Alongside her consultancy work, Anne regularly delivers seminars and conferences within leading institutions and higher education establishments, including Les Roches Marbella, ESCP Business School Paris Luxury Program, CMH Paris, EMLyon, Ferrandi, and l’École de l’Excellence à la Française.
