About David Anderson
David Anderson is a C-suite business leader and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of international experience across branding, marketing, commercial transformation, and customer-driven business strategy.
With a career spanning hospitality, aviation, entertainment, education, and experiential industries, David has developed a multidisciplinary approach that bridges commercial performance with brand evolution and customer experience.
Graduating with an Honours Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, he began his career within the airline industry before expanding into leadership roles across globally recognized hospitality and travel brands.
Driven by a passion for experiential brands and customer-centered transformation, David has served on five international Executive Committees and a global Board, leading complex strategic initiatives across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and international markets.
His leadership experience includes senior positions with IHG Hotels & Resorts, where he led the global repositioning of the InterContinental brand and oversaw branding and marketing functions across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
At Hilton International, he played a key role in repositioning Hilton within the UK & Ireland leisure sector, while additional executive leadership positions include British Airways, Hand Picked Hotels as Chief Commercial Officer, and Virgin Australia as Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy & Performance.
Alongside his executive career, David has collaborated on strategic projects with leading organizations and hospitality groups including Explora Journeys, Banyan Group, Altanfeethi, NEOM, Park Hyatt, and Revo Hospitality Group.
Today, through his consultancy practice, David advises brands and organizations on experiential positioning, strategic transformation, commercial growth, and long-term customer relevance.
