A graduate of the prestigious International Butler Academy (Netherlands), he began his career at the Élysée Palace under President François Mitterrand, later managing operations at the French Embassy in Rome, one of the world’s most prestigious diplomatic residences.

Founder of IHMA – International Hospitality Management Academy (2008), José has trained more than 3,500 professionals now working in 30+ countries, shaping the next generation of luxury leaders. His clients include Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Dorchester Collection, St. Regis, and the households of world leaders.

He has personally served iconic figures such as Bill Gates, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Neil Armstrong, and participated in historic state events including the Bicentennial of the French Revolution and the Buckingham Palace State Banquet (2008).

In 2025, José launches The International Butler Institute, set to become the world’s most elite butler training program. Currently, he is leading an exclusive recruitment project for the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia, ensuring the preservation and elevation of royal traditions through world-class service.
