About Maud Fanjeau
Maud Franjeau spent over twenty years at the heart of luxury and ultra-luxury environments not as a spectator, but in leadership positions where standards were uncompromising and performance was constantly visible.
Beginning at Audi before rising through Porsche Paris and later leading Ferrari in Monaco, she developed teams and operations in high-stakes ecosystems shaped by pressure, power dynamics, image, expectation and constant decision-making.
These years forged a deep understanding of socio-cognitive dynamics and human behavior under pressure particularly in environments where emotional regulation, leadership posture, and clarity directly influence performance.
