Natalia Jaramillo is an international consultant, speaker, and creator of the Humanistic Luxury™ methodology, an approach that places people at the heart of strategy, culture, and experience. With over 15 years working across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, she has helped leading and iconic luxury maisons and brands design meaningful experiences that feel authentic, intentional, and emotionally resonant. After working with brands like Jumeirah Hotels, Cartier, Rolex, Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi, Galeries Lafayette and many more, she has refined a proven framework that helps luxury brands evolve from operational complexity to emotional clarity and coherence.

Natalia is an International Speaker and has trained over 10,000 people. She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), chair of the CXPA Middle East Regional Leadership Council and holds an Executive Master in Luxury Management and Guest Experience from Glion in Switzerland.

  • This program is open to professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders working across luxury, hospitality, retail, design, and creative industries.

    No prior academic background in luxury is required only curiosity, ambition, and a commitment to excellence.

    It is also suitable for individuals in career transition who wish to understand the strategic, emotional, and operational foundations of the luxury ecosystem.

    The program is conducted entirely in English; therefore, participants should be comfortable engaging in discussions and presentations in English.
    An equivalent proficiency of IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 78 IBT is recommended, though formal test results are not required.

  • Enrollment is limited to ensure a highly personalized learning experience.

  • Participants who successfully complete all seven core sessions will receive a Certificate of Excellence in Luxury Management, issued by Next in Luxury and endorsed by the program faculty.

    In case of absence due to valid reasons, participants may make up a maximum of two sessions through the official course recordings, which must be completed within 24 hours.

    All certificates are issued in digital format, allowing participants to share their achievement and newly acquired skills on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
