David Anderson
LUXURY BRAND STRATEGY
David is a versatile C-suite business leader with over 25 years’ experience across branding, marketing and commercial roles in several market-leading companies. Strategic, customer-driven, creative and resilient, he has served on five international Executive Committees, a global Board, and successfully runs his own consultancy practice.
With an Honours Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, David started his career in airlines before broadening into hospitality, entertainment, education and fitness.
Following his passion for experiential brands, he’s held leadership positions with IHG Hotels & Resorts (including globally repositioning the InterContinental brand and leading all branding & marketing functions across Asia, Middle East & Africa), Hilton International (where he was instrumental in repositioning Hilton in the UK&I as a leader in the leisure sector), British Airways, Hand Picked Hotels (as CCO), Virgin Australia (as SVP Brand Strategy & Performance),
Additionally, David has worked in strategic projects with Explora Journeys, Banyan Group, Altanfeethi, NEOM, Park Hyatt, Revo Hospitality Group.
