Hospitality CX/EX strategist with over 20 years of international experience across luxury restaurants, boutique hotels, and private estates. Her career began in London, where she honed her craft in some of the city’s most prestigious restaurants, including Claridge’s, The Connaught, and Petrus, working under renowned chefs such as Pascal Aussignac, Angela Hartnett, and Gordon Ramsay.
After relocating to Dubai, she played a pivotal role in relaunching Table 9 by Nick & Scott and later co-created Folly, a multi-awardwinning dining destination.
Viktorija has launched culturally immersive projects like Dar Tantora in AlUla as a General Manager (named one of TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2024) and advising global names such as Kerten Hospitality, EatX, RAW Coffee, and TGP International. She oversees multimillion-dollar openings and curates fine-dining experiences delivering operational excellence.
